Huis Zeelie, Oubaai
This project was a newly build home in Oubaai, working with the client on their 3D Designs.
A kitchen with a Petrol Blue Island and Iceberg White with Calacatta Slim Easy Quartz Countertops.
The Scullary is Iceberg White cupboards and Calacatta Slim Easy Quartz Countertops.
The Bedrooms Cupboards is out of Iceberg White and Sahara Oak.
The Vanities was out of Sahara Oak and Blackwood Countertops.
The stairs was also build by us out of Saligna wood.
Huis Moll, Wilderness
This building project was a family home that was renovated by Above Par Construction & Painting.
The cupboards in the Kitchen is made out of Super White Woodline melamine board with 20mm Rustenburg Granite, specially fitted for our client that has arthritis, to give her easy access to everything she needs.
All the Bedrooms cupboards is also made out of Super White Woodline melamine board with Stainless Steel bar handles.
We also did a small apartment on the premises, using the same type of material as the main house.
Huis Blerk, Oubaai
This project was a home being renovated in Oubaai Estate in the Southern Cape area with alot of newly build rooms done by JB Konstruksie.
In the Main Bedroom we build a walk-in closet with alot of drawers for shoes & jewelry to fit every womens needs. The material used was Folkstone Grey melamine board with Black handles.
The Guest Bedrooms was also build out of Folkstone Grey melamine board with Black handles.
The Vanities in the Bathrooms was build out of Sahara Oak melamine with Bianco Vinato Eazy Quartz.
We also build the TV unit out of Sahara Oak melamine and Black Alphine Woodline melamine board.
We also build a wine rack in the columns of the building out of real Oak to complement the room.
